We made it home from Florida and Jim just got home from his business trip in LA. Grant grew almost 2 inches while we were gone and gained over a pound. Florida was really good for him!
Since we've been back (only 2 days) Grant has been eating only half of what he ate in Florida. I'm not sure what all the variables are, but even in his sleep he is refusing the bottle again. We started solids (rice cereal and applesauce) last night under the guidance of our occupational therapist. She said he did okay, but has some work to do in terms of tongue control and swallowing that he didn't learn because of struggling with the bottle. Please pray that Grant would take his bottle again and would quickly take to solids.
We're missing grandma and grandpa Niedzinski already and counting the days until they come to visit in June!

We are glad your journey was blessed. We will continue to keep you three lifted into HIS presence. Grant loves to be with all his grandparents alot. Who doesn't? Ecspecially because it gives mom and dad time to be ONE IN Christ. :-).....Make sure you are taking your time with THE MASTER, yourselves. It will help you through the Hard times. Look back at all HE has carried you through. We are all so proud of you and Jim. Grant has been truely blessed with you two as parents. But also consider God has sent Grant to you to train you both and for HIS Ministry, in HIS Spirit, for the Hard times this world is going to go through. The Simplicity of Christ is your key to each day. And another thing is sing to that young angel ALL the time. It reminds him of where he came from. Surround him with praise and worship for he will be fortified in HIS presence. Love'n'Prayers ~ Ken&Ruthie, White Cloud, Mi.
We are so glad you had a great trip and especially that you and Jim had time for each other! We continue to pray for Grant and his feeding needs and for you for patience and perseverance. Amen to the comments from Ken&Ruthie.

Hi Shannon, Jim and Grant,
Grant is probably like the rest of us and it will take a day or two for him to settle back in his home sweet home. I KNOW the grandparents are missing all of you. There is just something about a baby in the house...that perks things up!
We will pray for Grant to eat up a storm...and that Mom and Dad will stay clean!
Blessings,
Sheila and Rog
