Wow. Life with two kids is well...busy. Grant is adjusting really well. He doesn't seem to be jealous at all, except when I'm nursing and then he throws balls at Kate's head. We're working on it. :) The transition is much easier having Jim home from work and Grandma and Grandpa Koss just around the corner.
I thought about making a new blog now that our family is expanding, but, I don't think I'm going to. It sounds like too much work for one thing (think sleep deprived). Additionally, I don't think I ever would have started a blog if it hadn't been for Grant's heart surgery. So, Kate, (and any future siblings) please, don't think we don't love you as much as we do Grant. Of course we do. But, Grant is what started this whole thing, so we'll let the blog continue to be named after him. Thanks for understanding, sweetie.

Shannon and Jim - Kate is beautiful! I love the pictures, but I can't wait to meet her in person. Glad Grant is hanlding it all so well, must be the good parenting! :) And I'm sure Kate (and future siblings) will understand why the name of the blog will remaing Grant Samuel! :) Much love,
Colleen
She is a doll!! It makes me miss the "newborn" stage. I am glad to hear that Grant is adjusting to her so well! The busy feeling won't last too long and you'll be a pro! Actually, it's when the kids start to outnumber the parents that throws you for a loop! Good luck and know that you guys are in our prayers!

Beautiful pictures of sweet Kate, Congratulations!!!
She is so sweet! What a cutie.
Grant is going to be such a great big brother. Glad to hear is already adjusting well.
Hey there. We only know one another briefly...but Eva Franklin from the Vineyard had mentioned that you had a beautiful baby girl. I remember praying for Grant when he was born and all that you went thru, checking the blog for updates, to know how to pray further. It is beautiful to see that your baby girl is healthy and happy and that labor went so well. She is stunning.
Hey, just an FYI about adding another blog....
Did you know that you can change your blog name and even address for that matter and the blog will remain the same? Didn't know if you were interested in doing that, but just wanted to let you know it was possible, instead of starting a whole new blog, you could just change the name and/or address in the blogging settings.
CONGRATULATIONS!
Jessica Smith
