Still suffering
Grant really appears to be suffering. We went to the doctor today and there has been no change. But, Grant's cough seems worse to us. He's miserable and tonight he choked on his snot and turned purple. We put a humidifier in his room and he finally went to sleep. Please pray for some peace for us so we can get some rest as well. It is so hard to watch Grant struggling like this. Please pray for wisdom for us too, so we would recognize signs of if/when we should take him to the ER.

I'm surprised they did not keep him for observation at the ER yesterday. If you have any doubts tonight, I would take him in. Especially with the last report (turning purple). Even if they say he is the same, at least they can run the tests. I wish so much that you were not in the midst of this nightmare!! I will pray for Grant right now.

We are sooo sorry to hear that Grant is not doing well. We pray for Jesus' protection over him and his power on the medications to heal is body. We love you Grant.

Shannon, one of the most important parenting lessons I can impart on you is to trust your gut. If you think Grant should be in the hospital, take him there! -Erika, Dustin, Rory, Tiger, Allegra, and #4 (Sydney!)
Father God we thank you and give you all the Praise and Honor and Glory for your all seeing and all knowing unconditional love. In the name of Jesus all virus', germs, mucus, infections of any sort "BEGONE" AND IN THE VOID, BE FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRITS' ANNOINTING HEALING AND DELLIVERANCE, for baby Grant. I agree with the person who said, "go with your gut". If you think he is too ill for being home, take him in. I know this is absolutely no fun! Sorry you have to go through all this and Grant is so ill. God's peace to you all.
