We are having so much fun with Grant. He seems to have turned into a toddler overnight. He loves imitating everything that mom and dad do, especially brushing his hair or stealing to keys to pretend to unlock the door. He is adding new words at a rapid rate. As of today he can say mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, ball, phone, water, hot, up and bye-bye. Of course, if you are not a parent or grandparent you may just think he is babbling. :) He loves to touch everything. This weekend when grandpa Niedzinski was here he took Grant on a "touch tour" and carried him around, helping him to touch everything that was normally too high to reach.
Grant also loves to be quizzed on body parts. His favorite is the belly-button. Not only does he like to find his own belly button, but he wants to find the belly button of everyone who he meets. You never know when he'll lift up your shirt and start laughing. We're trying not to take it personally.

Shannon and Jim,
A Touch Tour----what a great idea! Us tall people in the world forget that our little ones might like to see and touch all that neat stuff above our reach! Go Grandpa and Grant!
Love,
Janet
Shannon and Jim,
I'm thrilled beyond belief to see the miracles God has created in your life, not only with Grant, but with the multitudes of people who surround you each day and those who will continue to come into your life as you continue to grow. We are still praying, as it is the only way to ensure such miracles continue...
I'm ecstatic to see the joy you two have in life. Its much deserved.
Love and Peace,
Tiffany Storm
I'm glad Grant is doing so well. I can't wait for him and London to be able to play together. London likes to do the belly thing to people's shirts too. Its funny what amuses one year olds. Hope you guys have a great Christmas!
