"I love to eat!"

We still need some improvement with the fluid intake, but here is a brief look at today's menu:

2 cups of grandpa's barley soup
3/4 of a banana
1 piece of string cheese
1 oz. goat cheese
5 apple wheat puffs
1 oz. of soup broth via syringe
1/4 cup avocado
1/4 cup rice cereal
1/2 cup squash
1/4 cup green beans

Wow! And we still have one more meal to go....

That's Amazing!!! I think that would be enough to feed Sydnie for 2 days :o) Although she did put away a ton of black beans and corn from a salad I made for a BBQ this weekend.
Have you tried to make a smoothie for Grant? Might be able to sneak in a few more liquid ounces that way-- or raw veggie juice, since you said he really prefers veggies to fruit.
Keep up the good work, Mama (and Dada)Niedzinski.
Much love to you all.

When Grant's happy, we are ALL grateful to God for him making strides.
And eating, well, that is one healthy menu and one blessed boy!

Jim, Shannon, and Grant - so glad to hear that things are looking up recently. It is so hard to see your child suffer. Know that he will always be a child of god and someday go to heaven as he is carrying his cross at such a young age. He is looking so cute! Sorry we have not commented recently on Grant. We too have been back and forth to Ann Arbor. I am now back to work and really do not get to check things on the computer as much. Thankfully Brianna continues to do well. We will continue to pray for the three of you. Take care!
Big Hugs from the Barle's
